In this Level 2 Certification, you will learn advanced movement patterns, exercises, and workouts. The methods to combine sequence order transitions will be much more challenging and require understanding the strengths in motion, to complete the certification.

For this certification, we recommended using 20lb for men, and 15lb for women.
